Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Our pilots are fully certified and trained to international standards. We conduct thorough pre-flight checks on all equipment, and flights only take place in optimal weather conditions. Our balloons are regularly inspected and maintained. We have maintained a 100% safety record throughout our operations.

Marrakech offers excellent ballooning conditions almost year-round. The best months are October through April when temperatures are cooler and visibility is clearest. Summer (June–August) flights are also available but temperatures are higher. We do not fly during strong winds, rain, or other adverse weather conditions.

Hot air balloon flights take place at dawn, which is the optimal time for flying due to stable wind conditions and spectacular light. We typically pick you up from your hotel around 5:00 AM. The exact time varies slightly by season depending on sunrise times. You'll receive precise pickup details 24 hours before your flight.

The entire experience lasts approximately 4 hours from hotel pickup to return. This includes the transfer to the launch site, balloon inflation and briefing, the 45–60 minute flight, the traditional Moroccan breakfast, and the return transfer to Marrakech. The actual flight time is 45–60 minutes.

We recommend comfortable, layered clothing as it can be cool at dawn even in summer. Closed-toe shoes are required — no high heels or sandals. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended as you will be exposed to the sun. Avoid wearing loose scarves or accessories that could become a hazard near the balloon burner.

Passengers must be at least 6 years old. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to fly. Passengers with serious heart conditions, back problems, or mobility issues that prevent them from standing for extended periods should consult their doctor before booking. There is a weight limit of 120kg per passenger.

Your safety always comes first. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible within your travel dates, we offer a full refund. We do not charge any cancellation fees for weather-related cancellations.

You can book directly through our contact form, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We require a deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance payable before the flight. We accept bank transfer and cash payment at the launch site. For group and private bookings, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

We offer three packages: the Classic Flight from 1,200 Dhs per person (shared balloon, 16–24 passengers), the Private Flight from 4,000 Dhs for the entire balloon (exclusive use for your group, up to 28 people), and the VIP Flight from 6,000 Dhs (exclusive balloon with breakfast served on board, up to 30 people). All packages include hotel pickup, 4x4 transfer, the flight, breakfast and a flight certificate.

Children aged 6 and above are welcome on all our flights. The balloon basket is safe and enclosed, and our pilots always provide a thorough safety briefing before takeoff. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For families with young children, we recommend the Private Flight so you can enjoy the experience at your own pace.

Many of our guests feel nervous before their first balloon flight, but the experience is very different from standing on a high building or bridge. Because the balloon moves with the wind, there is no sensation of vertigo or swaying. The ride is smooth and gentle — most passengers describe it as surprisingly calm and peaceful. Our pilots are experienced at reassuring first-time flyers.
